Our latest projects

The secret room project.

Our client came up with the idea of putting up a wall in the bedroom with a hidden door to the changing room. We divided the large bedroom with a wall made of plasterboard. We made a secret door in the wall, which is hardly visible if you don’t know it’s there.
On top of the wall, handmade wooden panels. And in the lower part hand-made soft foam panels upholstered with beautiful brown fabric.
The whole is divided by a shelf with a led light installed along the entire length of the wall.
As there is a door hidden next to the bed, it was not possible to use classic bed units, so we made small floating shelves. In the shelves we hid wireless phone chargers. Under the floor, we installed a modern underfloor heating system equipped with a smart thermostat in black glass. All electrical accessories are in the style of black glass, all operating under one common system. With the possibility of control from a phone app or by voice, alexa or google. All sockets are made of black glass and each has usb c and usb a with fast charging. On the opposite wall we removed the old door to the cupboard, and built the wall with a decorative frame with lights placed on the edge.
In the middle are handmade wooden panels, which are sliding doors to the existing cupboard. After sliding them open, the interior of the cupboard is revealed. The panels were made in one piece and divided into upper and lower sections to make the wood texture identical. In the cupboard we installed the rails. Everything is completed by a new designer radiator, and a beautiful wooden walnut floor.

In the room behind the wall, we inserted furniture from a third-party company, we made the desk ourselves to match the rest of the furniture in material, and in the free space we installed shelves of the same material. On the wall there is a solid custom-made rail.
Underfloor heating, smart lighting and socket outlets are also present.
The make-up mirror has a built-in loudspeaker and makes the time spent at the dressing table more pleasant.
Under the desk, there is a radiator in black to match the rest of the accessories.
This project gave us a lot of pleasure and joy with the final result.

A really big wardrobe.

This time the client wanted a huge custom-built wardrobe.
It is safe to say that this is the largest wardrobe project we have ever built.
The wardrobe is over 3.7 metres high and its interior resembles a small room. The wardrobe was designed and built entirely by us.
The interior is equipped with automatic lighting in the zones to make it easier to get to the things you need. We also renovated the very damaged fireplace. We covered it with stucco in graphite. We also made the edinburgh press to size with led lights and the lower part is closed with a door.
At the bed we have built cabinets. The bedside cabinets have a movement sensor and a soft led light to make it easier to move around the room at night. Above the bed we placed a solid oak oval. Led lights for reading in bed are built into the shelf. At the time of renovation of the worn-out corners, we placed an invisible led strip on the inside. When the light is switched on, it has an amazing effect and illuminates the entire room. All of the lights are smart and connected to a single system, allowing you to control each light independently using conventional switches, a mobile app or voice control. The new designer radiator adds an accent. The entire room is painted in a soft grey colour but bedd wall is painted very dark almost black to add elegance to the bedroom.

Cottage house Broxburn.

This time we used new wall decoration.

The effect is called corrosion and it contains real iron flakes.

We’re posting a few photos below.

Hall
Initially, the project involved uncovering the original stone wall and renewing the staircase.
When it became apparent that the original stone was about 1 metre high, we changed the concept and, in order to expose the original wall, we decided to add a handmade oak floating shelf with lighting to the wall, above shelf we created our new corrosion effect. And a handmade oak mirror with bark and led lighting.
As the hall already had oak elements, the client, on our advice, decided to make new pillars and railings in oak, which are also decorated with bark. We placed a brushed oak floor on the steps.

In the office we also used the corrosion effect, laid a new floor and renovated the doors, the oak doors are stained white. In addition, new multi-zone lighting changes the ambience.

We also made huge changes in the bedroom.
A stone wall was created, carved out of stone hand-forged by us.
Again, we installed a floating shelf on the wall to highlight the stone effect and to illuminate the entire wall.
The handmade bespoke wardrobe is fitted with corrosion-effect doors.
The living edge windowsill is made of oak.
Again New multi-zone lighting controls the mood.
The brushed oak floor completes everything.
A new cast radiator makes the bedroom warm and cosy.

We are very pleased with the result of our work.
And happy that the client is delighted with the end result.
